Karnika Tiwari brings 4.5 years of extensive experience in US taxation to our team. Specializing in trial balance preparation, fixed asset report preparation, account grouping, creating AJES & FTJES, and CCH access return preparation, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Karnika's solid foundation in financial principles ensures reliability in every project. Her enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement makes her an invaluable asset to our team, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Since joining BMC SAAS in 2019, Sumit Singh has specialized in payroll audits, focusing on workers' compensation payroll audits for the State of Nevada, USA, and managing records for property transactions in Texas. Proficient in software such as QuickBooks Online, ShareFile and Box. Sumit brings over three years of experience in accounting and backend operations, having previously worked with Yes Bank Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India in New Delhi. His ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates makes him a valuable asset to our company.

With over 8 years of accounting experience, Rashmi Mishra is a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper known for her efficiency and accuracy. She joined BMC SAAS in 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles with firms in New York. Rashmi excels in managing a variety of accounting tasks, from basic bookkeeping to complex financial reporting. Her expertise includes accounts payable/receivable, payroll, sales tax, general ledger management, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks, she delivers comprehensive financial statements and ensures adherence to strict deadlines.

With over 12 years of accounting experience, Abu Bakar is a capable and confident bookkeeper. He joined BMC SAAS in 2018, bringing extensive expertise in handling diverse clients and tasks. Abu's background includes work in a construction company as a Fixed Asset Accountant, and he is knowledgeable in GST and fund accounting. Proficient in Tally ERP, Sage, and Sage 50, Abu efficiently manages both simple and complex bookkeeping needs. His ability to work well both independently and as part of a team makes him a valuable asset to BMC SAAS.

With over 15 years of accounting experience, Rahul Singh is a passionate and dedicated professional. He has spent 5 years with Citi Financial and 10 years with BMC SAAS, providing high-quality services to clients. Rahul is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, proficient in using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Resman, Realpage, Eclicktic, and Yardi. His expertise includes AR/AP, posting various entries, categorizing bank feeds, bank reconciliation, credit card management, vendor reconciliation, and report preparation. Rahul's attention to detail and accuracy make him a valuable asset to BMC SAAS, a leading company offering innovative and customized solutions for offshore accounting.

Mainak Roy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, equivalent to a US CPA. He has been associated with BMC SAAS since 2021. Mainak brings extensive experience in various audit procedures across different sectors, including venture funds, investment funds, amusement parks, and manufacturing units. He is also skilled in conducting 401K audits. Additionally, Mainak is proficient in preparing management representation letters, audit reports, financial statements, and audit wrap-ups, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in the field.

Veer Chatrath is a Senior Manager at BMC SAAS, where he has been a key team member since its inception in 2016. He handles marketing and communications, overseeing social media, the website, and technology-related projects. Veer has a comprehensive understanding of accounting firms in the US and assists the team with all tech-related challenges. He also contributes to strategic initiatives, making him an integral part of the company's success.

Rahul Kundu is a seasoned Audit Manager with over 5 years of experience. He specializes in comprehensive financial audits, meticulous financial reviews, 401K audits, and the preparation of detailed financial statements. Rahul's expertise ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information, regulatory compliance, and the optimization of financial processes. Rahul has been a valuable team member at BMC SAAS since 2022. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is experienced in conducting financial audits which has enabled him to identify discrepancies, assess internal controls, and provide actionable insights for process improvements. Jitender Singh is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting. He has over 10 years of experience at Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd, part of Citi Group, where he managed expense booking and tracking, intercompany expenses, and prepared bank MIS and reconciliations. Since 2017, Jitender has been a valuable team member at BMC SAAS, proficient in various software including Bill.com, Resman, and QuickBooks. His expertise includes bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank and credit card reconciliation.

Preeti Sharma, a key member of our Virtual Accounting Services Department, specializes in remote bookkeeping for clients in the service industry. She began her career in banking before transitioning to accounting, advancing from a data entry clerk to a senior accountant. Preeti joined BMC SAAS in 2022. Known for her attention to detail and her ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, she excels at maintaining impeccable client records.

Drashti Gedia is a Senior Associate in US Taxation at BMC SAAS with over 3 years of experience in Indian and US Taxation. Based in Mumbai, she has prepared and submitted over 200 business tax returns, including partnerships and S corporations, with precision and compliance. Drashti holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and is currently pursuing a CPA certification.

Komal Arya is a Senior Account Executive at BMC SAAS with over 5 years of experience in QuickBooks Online, Yardi, ResMan, and Bill.com. She has built a strong reputation for enhancing team performance. Komal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is pursuing an MBA in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis University. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable, bank reconciliations, vendor statements, financial statements, billing templates, and payroll audits. Komal is dedicated to continuous learning and enjoys collaborating with motivated team members. Outside of work, she has a passion for art, including sketching, painting, and crafts, and loves exploring new places.

Sushant Nagar is a Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in statutory audits, tax audits, financial statement preparation, and US accounting. Proficient in QuickBooks, he has collaborated with various companies to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Sushant holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

Mallick, a Commerce graduate, has 17 years of experience in accounting. He has worked as an Assistant Accountant at CitiFinancial from March 2007 to March 2014 and has been with BMC Support and Accounting Services since April 2014. His expertise includes Bill.com, bookkeeping, payroll processing, AR and AP processing, bank and credit card reconciliation, and the PO and payment process. Mallick is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and is proficient in Bill.com, QuickBooks, Eclicktic, and RealPage.

Dinesh joined BMC SAAS in 2017 as an accountant. He holds a Bachelor's degree (B.Com) and a Master's degree (M.Com) from Delhi University. Currently, he works as a senior bookkeeper, managing a variety of clients. Prior to joining BMC SAAS, Dinesh worked as an accountant in the automobile sector, with a focus on month-end activities. He is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly accounts and adheres to standard operating procedures and best accounting practices.

​Girdhar Thakur joined BMC SAAS in 2018 as an Account Executive and has 8 years of experience in domestic and international accounting. At BMC SAAS, he handles various clients and their accounting needs, including accounts payable, bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and bank and vendor reconciliation. Prior to this, he worked as an Accounting Data Entry Clerk in a software company. Girdhar is proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Bill.com, Buildertrend, and MS Suite. He holds a degree from Delhi University and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
