Migration Process

Step 01

Project Evaluation

BMC SAAS team member reaches out to you to get a full understanding of the nature and volume of work and business processes.

  • Form a step by step migration road map

  • Assess the risks if any

  • Formulate a plan for staffing, use of    technology reporting and monitoring

Step 02

Target Operating Model (TOM)

After collecting the data we require from step one, we work closely with your firm to design a blueprint that aligns with your business vision to determine an operating model from Day 1

Step 03

Integration Plan

  • Evaluation and TOM are documented and fully agreed upon.

  • Staff are assigned to the new work and the training process begins.

Step 04

Transfer and Transition Process

This step plays a key role in the transition process.

  • Moving to operational running in pilot mode

  • Initiating process monitoring and dashboards

  • Ongoing communication with participants

Step 05

Transformation Process

After the transition takes place, we evaluate the process on a continuous basis. BMC SAAS ensures that

  • Regular meetings take place with our clients

  • Performance is reported regularly

  • Service Level Agreement metrics are tracked
